The OECD #DelibWave Report is a good read, with some excellent case studies (albeit the scope/qualification criteria being very narrowly defined - deliberative & participative democracy is much, much wider than this, including digital democracy, which has been thriving for 12 years) and the Report is now on my 'recommended reading list' for my talks & lectures for national and local government clients, universities, research associations, community engagement networks, and community organisations...

...but I've also highlighted the gaps and flaws in this Report, inc promoting models that are "institutionally exclusive" (such as solus, esp f2f, Citizens' Assemblies and Citizens' Juries) despite the democratic world needing inclusion & diversity, and lack of bias & prejudice, more than ever.
